# Members and roles

> Owners and members, what each can do, and how to invite people.

Two organisation roles:

Owners have implicit full access to every site. Members are given access per site, at one of three levels; see [Site access and permissions](/account/site-access-and-permissions).

## Inviting someone

**Org Admin, Members tab**: enter their email, choose **Member** or **Owner**, and for a member pick the sites they may see and their site permission (Viewer, Editor or Manager). They receive an invitation email; if it does not turn up, copy the invite link from their row and send it yourself. Pending invitations can be revoked.

Seats are unlimited on every plan.

## Removing a member

From their row on the Members tab. Their comments and board cards stay attributed to them.

## Agencies

Agencies manage two separate groups of people: their own team (owners see every client and the billing; members see only the clients they are assigned) and the people who work at each client, who are managed inside that client's workspace.
