# Notifications

> Which emails Koalr sends, how often, and how to change them.

Under your avatar, **Notifications**. Preferences are per person and can be set per site.

| **Digest email**      | Where you appeared, what you gained and lost since the previous run, and your closest rival, with a link to the Dashboard | Daily, weekly or off |

**Turn off all notification email** stops everything above. Account and billing email (invoices, trial ending, permission requests you must act on) is always sent.

## Other emails you will receive

* A **welcome** email when you create your account.
* **Your first report is ready** after the first run, with who else is showing up and what to do next.
* **Access request** emails when a member asks for a higher level, and **access granted** when an owner approves.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that respects the same preferences.
