Members only see the sites they are assigned to. Each assignment carries an access level.

## The three levels

| | Viewer | Editor | Manager |
| ----------------------------------------------------- | ------ | ------ | ------- |
| Open every page and read everything | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Chat with Kevin | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Comment on actions | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Add, edit, enable and disable prompts | | Yes | Yes |
| Start runs | | Yes | Yes |
| Add competitors, edit site settings | | Yes | Yes |
| Content Studio drafts, reports, board changes | | Yes | Yes |
| Remove competitors, merge or unmerge brand identities | | | Yes |
| Delete topics and reports | | | Yes |

**Viewer** can look around, chat with Kevin and comment on actions, but change nothing. **Editor** is the default and covers day-to-day work: prompts, analyses, content. **Manager** is for someone who fully runs their own site without needing to be an owner: they get the site-scoped destructive actions but never billing, the member roster or site deletion.

Assigning members to sites, the site-access listing, billing, invitations, roles, site deletion and connector keys stay owner-only. Owners have implicit full access to every site.

## Setting a level

Owners set levels in two places: **Org Admin, Members tab** (pick the member, choose sites and a level for each) or **Org Admin, Sites tab, Configure, Access**. Changes apply within seconds.

## Requesting access

A member who hits something reserved for Manager sees **Request access** (or **Request manager access**) in place. They can add a note explaining why. The request lands in **Org Admin, Access requests** for an owner to grant or decline, and the member is emailed either way.

## Agencies

The same model applies inside each client workspace. A client login can be given the whole workspace or only specific sites. See [Team and client logins](/agencies/team-and-client-logins).
