# Content Studio
> Where a gap becomes a published piece and, eventually, a citation: what to write, what to rework, the drafts, and whether it worked.
The Content Studio is the executing end of Koalr. It opens on what is worth writing next, the content agent turns it into a publish-ready draft in your own tone of voice, and once you publish, every run reports whether AI has started citing it.

## Tone of voice sits at the top
The biggest lever on whether a draft is usable is your tone of voice document, and it lives at the top of the Studio, not in settings. Without one, the Studio says so plainly and drafts come out competent and anonymous. ## Two rewrite plays, deliberately separate
* A **revision** (the Refresh workbench) makes named edits to a page you have and preserves everything else exactly as written. Use it for Quick win and Worth a session pages.
* A **refresh** (the create flow with the page as its reference) writes the whole page again from scratch, same subject and address. Use it when a page is too thin to save.
Revision protects what already works; refresh is for a page with too little worth protecting. A page can never appear in both Opportunities and Refresh.
## Guardrails
Drafting is capped at 10 runs per site per day, and everything that generates a draft happens only on an explicit click.
## Briefs from elsewhere
Content briefs can also be started from a Google Search query on the [AI Traffic](/monitor/ai-traffic) page and from any prompt's detail view. They land in the Studio like any other draft, and each has a shareable brief page for a writer who does not use Koalr.
