# Agency billing

> One flat fee per client site, pooled prompts, a 7-day trial, and one invoice.

## The model

* **One flat monthly fee per client site.** The current price per site is on [koalr.ai/pricing](https://koalr.ai/pricing) under the agency tab, in GBP, EUR and USD.
* **Every live site contributes 50 prompts** to a pool shared across all your clients. Spend it wherever a client needs depth.
* **Every feature and every AI platform** on every site. White-label reports, client logins, Agency Dashboard, Kevin and the Content Studio are all included.
* **One subscription, one invoice.** Client workspaces are free containers; the site is the unit of billing.

## The trial

7 days, free, covering up to 3 client sites. A card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

## Adding and removing sites

A site becomes billable when it starts tracking (its first run). Adding a site is charged from that day, prorated. Removing a site runs to the end of the current period and then drops off the next invoice; there is no mid-period credit.

The one exception is a site that is launched by the act of subscribing: it is added to the subscription without a prorated charge for the remainder of that first period, so the first invoice you see matches the quote you were shown.

## What never bills

* **Prospects.** Pitch workspaces are free and never refreshed.
* **Sites that have not run.** A site set up but not yet tracking is not on the bill.

## Where to see it

**Agency Admin, Billing**: the sites on your subscription and what each costs, invoices (view or download PDF), and the billing portal for your card and cancellation. Members of your team who are not owners see a note that billing lives in Agency Admin.

## Cancelling

From the billing portal. No further charges after the current period. Every client workspace, its history and its reports are kept, and everything picks up where it left off if you return.
