# Team and client logins

> Two separate groups of people: your team, and the people who work at each client.

## Your team

**Agency Admin, Agency, Invite teammate.** Choose their scope:

| Scope | Sees |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Owner** | Every client, the console and billing |
| **Member** | Only the clients you assign them. An account manager sees their patch, not the whole portfolio |

Each row shows the person's role and client access. Pick a member's clients from their row. Changes apply within seconds.

## Client logins

People who work at a client are managed inside that client, from **Manage, Client access**. They get a login to that client's workspace only; your own team stays under Agency.

**Invite someone**, then choose:

* **Full access to their workspace**: every site in that client, with owner-level powers inside it (but never your agency, other clients or billing).
* **Only the sites you assign**: pick the sites and an access level for each: **Viewer** (look around, chat with Kevin, comment), **Editor** (day-to-day work) or **Manager** (Editor plus site-scoped destructive actions). Their row then reads **Assigned sites**. See [Site access and permissions](/account/site-access-and-permissions).

The list shows each person's status, and can be searched and filtered by login type. The invitation is emailed. If it does not turn up, copy the invite link from their row and send it yourself.

## What a client can never see

Your agency's console, your other clients, your team, or your invoice. A client login opens straight into their own workspace.

## Removing access

From the login's row. Their comments and cards stay attributed to them.
