# Frequently asked questions

  <Accordion title="Which AI platforms does Koalr cover?">
    Seven: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Claude. All seven are on every plan. Six refresh daily; Claude refreshes weekly.

  <Accordion title="Do you really test real prompts?">
    Yes. Every tracked prompt is a real question sent to each platform the way a person would ask it, and every answer is stored in full. Nothing is simulated or estimated.

  <Accordion title="Why has nothing changed since yesterday?">
    Pages read from the latest completed run. Either today's run has not completed yet, or the site is paused. The Data as of stamp on every page tells you which run you are looking at, and Kevin can tell you when the next one completed.

  <Accordion title="Why did my score not change when I added a prompt with my name in it?">
    Prompts that contain your brand name are branded prompts. They never affect Prompt Visibility Rate, because AI will always mention you when the question names you. See Branded prompts.

  <Accordion title="Why does a competitor show a high visibility rate but no citations?">
    Because being named and being linked to are different things. AI often names brands it already knows without linking to a source. Koalr reports both and never folds one into the other.

  <Accordion title="Why are my AI Traffic numbers so small?">
    Only visits that arrive with an identifiable AI referrer can be counted. Most AI-driven visits land as Direct traffic or as ordinary Google search, and much AI influence never clicks at all. The numbers are a verified floor.

  <Accordion title="Can I track several countries in one site?">
    No. A site is one brand in one country, and the country is fixed at creation. Track one site per market; they sit together on the Multi-Site Dashboard.

  <Accordion title="Can I change a site's country?">
    No, because every stored answer was collected from that country. Create a new site for the new market.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where did Settings go?">
    Site settings live in Org Admin, Sites tab, Configure. Organisation settings, members and access requests are on the same page.

  <Accordion title="Where did the Gap Map go?">
    The standalone bubble chart was retired. Gap analysis now lives on the Competitors page and feeds the Action Centre and the Content Studio directly.

  <Accordion title="Can I start a run whenever I want?">
    Yes, from a site's row on All Sites. Sites also refresh daily by default unless paused.

  <Accordion title="Can agencies white-label reports?">
    Yes. Upload a logo under Agency Admin and every client report is prepared under your brand.

  <Accordion title="Is there an API?">
    Not a public REST API yet. There are two ways to get your data out: the [MCP server](/api/mcp/introduction), which lets AI agents such as Claude, Codex and Cursor read it, and the [Looker Studio connector](/integrations/looker-studio) for dashboards and client reports. Both read stored runs and cost nothing against your plan.

  <Accordion title="How long does the first analysis take?">
    Usually a few minutes. Results stream in as each platform answers.

  <Accordion title="What happens to my data if I cancel?">
    It is kept. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current term; after that the organisation is locked but everything in it stays, so it picks up where it left off if you come back. If you want it removed sooner, ask for deletion (see below). An organisation left dormant for a long time may be deleted after 30 days' notice by email.

  <Accordion title="Can I export my data?">
    Three ways. **Reports** produce a branded PDF for any period. The [Looker Studio connector](/integrations/looker-studio) gives you one row per site per day to build your own dashboards from. The [MCP server](/api/mcp/introduction) lets an AI agent read everything you can see. There is no CSV export in the app yet.   <Accordion title="Can I extend my free trial?">
    The trial is 7 days (or whatever the checkout page says), one per email address, with a card on file and nothing charged until it ends. If you need longer to evaluate, email [support@koalr.ai](mailto:support@koalr.ai) before it ends rather than after.

  <Accordion title="Do you offer refunds?">
    Fees are non-refundable except where the [terms](https://koalr.ai/terms) say otherwise or the law requires it. You can cancel at any time from Billing & usage, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, so you keep access until then.

  <Accordion title="How do I change the company name or address on my invoices?">
    Under your avatar, **Billing**, open the billing portal from **Update payment method** and change the billing details there. If a past invoice needs reissuing, email [support@koalr.ai](mailto:support@koalr.ai) with the invoice number.

  <Accordion title="How do I add more prompts, competitors or sites?">
    Every plan includes a fixed number per site; see [Plans and billing](/account/plans-and-billing). When you hit a limit the app tells you which one and how to raise it. Switching plan is done from the plan picker on Billing & usage. Agencies add sites instead, and each site brings 50 prompts into the shared pool. For volumes beyond Business, [contact us](https://koalr.ai/contact) about Enterprise.

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my account or my organisation?">
    Your own account: under your avatar, **Account**, then **Security**, choose **Delete account**. Your organisation: email [support@koalr.ai](mailto:support@koalr.ai) from an owner's address. Deleting an organisation cancels its subscription and removes every site, and the data is deleted within 90 days of the request. Billing records are kept for six years after the financial year they relate to, as the law requires.

  <Accordion title="Where is my data stored, and is it used to train AI?">
    Your data lives in a database hosted in the European Union. It is never sold and never used to train AI models. See [Security and data](/account/security-and-data).
