The Koalr Looker Studio connector gives anyone in your organisation a dataset of one row per site per day: Prompt Visibility Rate, Share of Voice and Sentiment (plus a legacy First Mention Rate field that may be empty), with site and domain dimensions. No Koalr login is needed inside Looker Studio, and refreshing a report never costs anything against your plan because it reads stored runs.

## Setup in three steps

1. An organisation owner opens **Integrations, Looker Studio** and creates a **connector key**. Copy it; it is shown once.
2. **Open in Looker Studio** from the same card. Paste the key when Looker Studio asks for credentials.
3. Pick one site or **All sites**, then build charts. The date range control on your report drives the data.

The full field list, sharing notes and revocation are on the [Looker Studio connector](/integrations/looker-studio-connector) page.

## Connector keys

Keys are organisation-scoped and owner-created. Any member can see the list (label, prefix, created, last used) but never the secret. Revoking a key takes effect immediately and Looker Studio prompts for new credentials on its next refresh.
