# GEO and AXO scores

> The two site-side scores: how citable your pages are once read, and whether AI crawlers can read them at all.

These two describe your **site**, not your visibility in AI answers. A site can score well on both and still have a low Prompt Visibility Rate; that means AI can read you but is not choosing you yet, which is a content and authority problem.

## Site GEO Score (0 to 100)

The average AI readiness of your scored pages, where each page is scored across seven categories: Content Extractability, Structure, Answerability, Entity Clarity, Grounding Signals, Authority Context and Readability. Pages you have marked not optimised are excluded. See [GEO Audit](/analyse/geo-audit).

The colour scale runs red through amber to green across 0 to 100, and the same scale is used on every page and check so the whole audit reads consistently.

## AXO score (0 to 100)

Agent Experience Optimisation, weighted: **Schema Markup 40%**, **AI Crawler Access 35%**, **llms.txt 25%**.

* Schema: the average validation score of pages with structured data, falling back to the share of pages that have any.
* Crawler access: the share of AI bots your site allows in fully.
* llms.txt: 50 for serving the file, plus up to 50 for how well-formed it is. 0 if absent.

Parts that have not been audited yet are left out and the score is rescaled over the rest. See [Agent Experience](/analyse/agent-experience).

## Which to fix first

AXO. If a crawler is blocked, nothing on the page matters for that platform. Then the GEO Audit's Quick Wins.
