AgenciesFixes
Site switcher and client visibility
- The site switcher in the sidebar no longer reports “No sites yet” while it is still loading. It waits for an answer before saying anything.
- Fixed a case where a client’s site could appear empty to the agency even though tracking was running.
DashboardPromptsFixes
Product-wide polish
A full walkthrough of the app, with every finding shipped:- Named or cited, shown separately. The Prompts page now distinguishes an answer that names your brand from one that only links to your site, which appears as a Source mention.
- The Sources chart, the ChatGPT platform chip and several empty states were corrected.
- Ambiguous dashes across the interface were replaced with clearer wording.
AgenciesKevin
Kevin knows your competitors
- Kevin’s answers about competitors are sharper: he knows each rival’s leaderboard position and where they beat you.
- Existing organisations can be converted into agencies without losing their sites. Ask support.

Manager access level and access requests
- Owners can grant Manager level on individual sites, unlocking competitor removal, brand merging and topic and report deletion without making someone a full owner.
- Members who hit a reserved action can Request access in place, with a note. Requests land in Org Admin and both sides are emailed.
- Kevin’s product knowledge is now searchable, so he answers “how does X work” questions from the docs as well as from your data.
- Sources shows the domains citing each competitor, not just the ones citing you.
- Content Studio: page optimisation flows are clearer, and refresh advice is now based on what is on the page.
- Recommendations refresh in the background after a run without a page reload.

Agency prospects and sign-off
- Prospects: pitch workspaces for accounts that have not signed up. One analysis, never refreshed, free, and never touching your shared prompt pool. See Prospects.
- A setup sign-off PDF for each client site, built from its topics, prompts, competitors and platforms, for agreeing scope before tracking starts.
- Location counts, checkout quotes and paywall dead ends in the agency flow were fixed.
- Fixed a case where a competitor could show a flat 100% on every platform.
- Fixed an error some agency clients hit at login.

Claude is back, weekly
Claude is back. It is checked weekly rather than daily, and every per-platform view says so. New sites get Claude by default; existing sites can switch it on under the site’s AI platforms. See AI platforms.Also:- PDF reports carry a cover image again.
- Kevin’s suggestions now link straight to the page or action he is talking about.
- Agency Dashboard: a client with several sites now appears as one row.
OnboardingAgenciesKevinFixes
Multi-site onboarding and agency fixes
- The onboarding preview shows the country’s prompts before you commit.
- Kevin explains the one-country-per-site rule and how to set up several markets.
- The welcome email was rewritten.
- A run of agency fixes: client access, multi-site error handling, agency settings, and the agency beta badge removed.
- Tone of voice generation no longer fails on sites with very few editorial pages.
APIGEO AuditContent StudioBilling
MCP server update and GEO Audit ordering
- Six new MCP tools: pages worth improving, what to change on one page, what is worth writing, published content performance, technical AI readiness, and AI-referred traffic. See the tools reference.
- GEO Audit fixes are now ordered so quick, high-value changes come first, and each one shows the evidence that raised it.
- Content Studio evidence. Every draft now shows how many retrieval conditions it meets, live as you edit, with the page currently cited scored by the same rules. See Drafts.
- FAQ schema is checked on audited pages.
- Pricing is shown in your local currency (GBP, EUR or USD) with fixed per-currency prices.
- The sidebar collapses.
- Agency trial and paywall behaviour was corrected in several places, and a report can be exported for a pitch site.
Content Studio
AgenciesBillingContent Studio
Per-site agency pricing and the Content Studio overhaul
- Agencies now pay one flat fee per client site, with 50 prompts per site pooled across every client, on a single invoice. Onboarding is pay-last: the first analysis runs before you are asked to subscribe. See Agency billing.
- Content Studio was rebuilt around four tabs: Opportunities, Refresh, Drafts and Published, with one consistent row layout throughout.
APIIntegrations
MCP connection management
- Integrations, AI agents (MCP): setup guides for Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex and Cursor, the tool list, and what an agent can and cannot reach.
- The MCP consent screen was tidied up, including a permission that was hidden below the fold.
- MCP usage limits: 60 calls a minute and 1,000 a day per user.
- Brand and competitor logos load faster.
