From Add site choose Multiple sites or locations. Two paths:

Several brands at once

Paste a list of domains, or choose Paste a spreadsheet and copy the rows straight out of your sheet, headers and all: Koalr picks up each website, and a name, alternative names, location, country, company size and social profiles (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok) wherever the sheet has them. Website and Size are required; Download template gives you a sheet with those columns first. Nothing is set up for you: each site is created empty, and you set them up in turn. Set up on a site opens its setup steps, where Koalr reads that website and suggests topics, competitors and prompts for you to choose, and Save and back to your sites brings you back. A site you have set up shows Approved, with Export for its sign-off PDF and Edit to change it. Once every site is set up, Launch all starts them together. Nothing runs until then. Each site gets its own country at setup and its own everything afterwards. The batch cap depends on your plan: Growth can launch 3 at a time, Business 6.

One brand, many locations

For a brand that operates in several towns or cities in one country:

Describe the brand

Give the brand website (the site Koalr reads when you set the locations up), an optional brand name, the market (the country every location is in) and the company size.

Add locations

Add each town or city, with an optional location URL. Each location gets the shared prompts worded for its own place, and its own local rivals.

Choose how to set them up

One setup for every location walks through the topics, each location’s local rivals and the prompts once. Set each location up separately gives every location its own setup, with its own topics and prompts, opened from the batch screen.

Walk through the shared setup

Koalr reads the brand site as you arrive, then you take three steps. Topics are shared, so you review them once. Competitors are the brands you track everywhere, plus each location’s local rivals, which Koalr looks up while you watch, ticked for you to untick; press Try again on a location it could not look up. Prompts are written from your topics and worded for each place; Preview as shows them for any location. You can still switch to setting each location up separately from the first step.

Launch

Approve & launch applies the shared setup to every location and starts the first analysis for all of them. If you set each location up separately, Launch all on the batch screen starts them together once every location is set up.
Afterwards, the Multi-Site Dashboard has a Prompt Matrix that compares the same prompts across every location, so you can see which towns the brand is winning and which are weak.
This path is for many locations inside one market, not for many countries. One country is chosen for the whole batch. For several countries, create one site per market; see Countries and languages.

For agencies

Agencies onboard client sites through Agency Admin, where each client gets its own workspace and the sites bill per site on one invoice.
