The Opportunities tab is the content view of the Action Centre. Every row is a content action from that list, re-projected, so the Studio and the Action Centre can never disagree about what to write. Each row carries the prompt to win and, where a page currently holds that slot, the page to beat, plus what it earns you (the answers you are absent from) and what it costs (a recommended length and shape).

Four kinds

Reworking a page you already have is never an opportunity; that is the Refresh tab.

Filters

Filter by play with the chips above the list; only kinds with results appear. Each kind has a What this means explainer beside its chip. Rows can be dismissed (not interested; that hides the row from the Studio and your board).

Starting a draft

Write it on any row opens the create flow with the prompt and the page to beat already set; Brief shows the brief behind the row instead. See Drafts for the options and what the agent does.
Opportunities appear once a run has found pages winning the prompts you track. Until then you can still write for any tracked prompt with Write something new instead.
