Set up your first client

Enter the client’s website. Koalr reads it and proposes topics, prompts, competitors and platforms, exactly as it does for a single site, and creates a client workspace to hold it. Several client sites can be set up in one batch.

Agree the details

Review the proposed setup with the client. Edit topics, prompts and competitors; download the setup sign-off PDF for them to approve. Nothing launches until you approve.

Create your account

Your agency account and its first workspace are created at this point, with a 7-day free trial covering up to 3 client sites.

Run the first analysis

The first analysis runs before you are asked to pay, so you walk into the subscription looking at real data rather than a promise.

Subscribe

One subscription, one flat fee per client site, on a single invoice. See Agency billing.

After the first client

Add clients from Agency Admin with Add client, or add sites to an existing client from their card. Each new site joins the pool and the bill automatically.
