Above the sidebar groups sits a What next? card: the guided checklist and weekly feed, with a badge for anything new. See What next. Each prompt’s detail view opens from the Prompts page rather than the sidebar.
AI Search Index only appears for organisations that told Koalr they have more than 100 employees, or did not answer the question. The data behind it is thin for small and local brands, so it is hidden rather than shown empty.
Organisation pages
- All Sites: every site in your organisation, its status, prompt usage and last run.
- Multi-Site Dashboard (called Agency Dashboard for agencies): appears once you have more than one site. Trend, performance matrix and rankings across every site, plus a prompt matrix that compares one brand across locations, or every client site on an agency’s shared taxonomy. See Multi-Site Dashboard.
- Integrations: Google, Bing, Looker Studio and AI agents (MCP).
- Org Admin: sites and their configuration, members, access requests, tone of voice. Everyone can view it; only owners can change anything.
- Agency Admin: clients, prospects, team, client logins, the shared taxonomy and billing. Agencies only.
- Billing and Notifications are under your avatar menu.
