Site pages

Two more pages are reachable from the Dashboard rather than the sidebar: What next, the guided checklist and weekly feed, and each prompt’s detail view.
AI Search Index only appears for organisations that told Koalr they have more than 100 employees, or did not answer the question. The data behind it is thin for small and local brands, so it is hidden rather than shown empty.

Organisation pages

  • All Sites: every site in your organisation, its status, prompt usage and last run. Start a run from a site’s row here.
  • Multi-Site Dashboard (called Agency Dashboard for agencies): appears once you have more than one site. Trend, performance matrix and rankings across every site, plus a prompt matrix that compares one brand across locations. See Multi-Site Dashboard.
  • Integrations: Google, Bing, Looker Studio and AI agents (MCP).
  • Org Admin: sites and their configuration, members, access requests, tone of voice. Owners only.
  • Agency Admin: clients, prospects, team, client logins and billing. Agencies only.
  • Billing and Notifications are under your avatar menu.

Kevin

The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner is Kevin. He is on every site page, knows which page you are looking at, and answers from your stored data. Kevin’s Top Tips also appear at the top of most pages: the highest-priority items from the Action Centre for that page.

Page guides and the tour

Each page has a short guide (the info icon by the page title) and a spotlight tour that walks new users through the main pages. Ask Kevin to “show me around” to restart it.
