Every insight in Koalr rolls up here: citation gaps to chase, content to write, fixes to ship, competitor plays to run. The list is scored and ordered so you always know what to do next.

Where actions come from

Each action is grounded in real run data: real competitor URLs, real background searches, real page metadata. Every card says why this matters, what to do, its expected impact, which parts of your visibility it should move, and which analysis produced it.

How actions are prioritised

Each action carries a value score, 0 to 100, combining impact and effort. The default sort is Priority; you can also sort Impact: high to low, Easiest first and Recently updated, or show only high-impact actions.

Three tabs

Actions

The list, grouped by topic and then by the page each action is about, with site-wide actions in their own group. Narrow it by topic or prompt, tick High impact only, toggle Group actions by topic, or open Filter for area (On-site, Off-site, Competitor), impact, the metric it should improve, type (Quick Win, Content, Outreach), channel, platform, category and source. From any row: Done (files it under Archive), Board (adds it to the board), or Dismiss from the row’s menu (not relevant, hides it). Click a row for the full card. Some actions are penalty checks: failing costs visibility and fixing removes a negative rather than adding a gain. They say so.

Archive

Everything marked done or dismissed. Reopen any of them.

Board

A Trello-style board for the actions you have committed to. Default columns are Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done; add, rename, recolour and reorder columns freely. Cards carry labels (pick a colour, create your own), a markdown description, comments, and the action’s original evidence. Dragging a card to Done marks the action done, the same as marking it from the list. The board also suggests a 12-week phasing: Quick Wins (weeks 1 to 2), Structural Fixes (weeks 3 to 6) and Authority Building (weeks 7 to 12).

Refreshing recommendations

Actions are recomputed after each run. The refresh button beside the filters rebuilds the list from the latest data on demand. The page notes when the list was last recomputed.

Kevin and the Action Centre

Kevin can search the list for you (“what should I do about Perplexity”), add a card to the board, and update a card’s status or comments. Ask him rather than scrolling. See What Kevin can do.
