Kevin is Koalr’s assistant. Open him from the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any site page, or from the Ask Kevin bar at the top of pages like Sources, GEO Audit and Content Studio.

What makes him useful

  • He answers from your data. Kevin reads the same stored runs the pages do, so his numbers match the Dashboard exactly. He will not invent a figure.
  • He knows where you are. Ask “what am I looking at” on any page and he explains that page with your numbers in it.
  • He knows how fresh the data is. When the last run completed, whether one is in progress, whether the last one failed. If the data is stale he says so before quoting it.
  • He can act. Kevin can search the Action Centre for you, add a card to your board, update a card, and start a content draft. See What Kevin can do.
  • He knows the product. Kevin carries a description of every page, metric and score, so ask him how something works before emailing support.

Kevin’s Top Tips

At the top of most pages, three to five items pulled from the Action Centre for that page: the highest-priority things to do right now. Each links to the action.

Good questions to ask

Kevin opens with three suggestions drawn from your own data. Beyond those:
  • “How am I doing?” and “which platform am I weakest on?”
  • “Which prompts am I losing on?” and “why did my visibility drop?”
  • “Who am I losing to on Perplexity?”
  • “Which sources should I chase first?”
  • “What should I write next?” and “is my content working?”
  • “Can AI read my site?”
  • “When did my data last update?”

Things to know

  • Conversations reset each day, and Clear conversation wipes one sooner. Copy anything you want to keep.
  • There is a fair-use limit on messages per minute and per day. If you hit it, he tells you when it resets.
  • Kevin is for your data and for Koalr. He will not write generic marketing copy on request; the Content Studio does that properly, with evidence.
Found something wrong? Tell Kevin “report a glitch” and describe it. It goes straight to the team with the page and context attached.
