Two organisation roles: Owners have implicit full access to every site. Members are given access per site, at one of three levels; see Site access and permissions.

Inviting someone

Org Admin, Members tab: enter their email, choose Member or Owner, and for a member pick the sites they may see and their site permission (Viewer, Editor or Manager). They receive an invitation email; if it does not turn up, copy the invite link from their row and send it yourself. Pending invitations can be revoked. Seats are unlimited on every plan.

Removing a member

From their row on the Members tab. Their comments and board cards stay attributed to them.

Agencies

Agencies manage two separate groups of people: their own team (owners see every client and the billing; members see only the clients they are assigned) and the people who work at each client, who are managed inside that client’s workspace. See Team and client logins.
