1
Start from the portfolio
Open Agency Dashboard. The table shows every client site with Prompt Visibility Rate, Share of Voice, Sentiment and the change since the previous run. Sort by change to find the client that needs the most attention this month and the one with the best story to tell.
2
Open the client and set the window
Switch to the client’s site and open the Dashboard. Set the date range to the last month. Read the three headline cards and their change, then Platform Breakdown (where they gained or lost) and Prompt Movers (which prompts did it). Open one or two movers and read the answers, so you can quote them.
3
Account for the work
In the Action Centre, the Archive tab lists everything marked done this month and the Board shows what is in progress. In the Content Studio, the Published tab says whether anything published has started to be cited yet, and on which prompts. A published piece with no citations yet is normal in its first weeks; say so.
4
Set next month's plan
Back on the Actions tab, the top of the list is next month’s plan. Tick High impact only and add three to five actions to the Board. If the client has a content budget, the Opportunities tab of the Content Studio is where the next piece comes from.
5
Generate the report
Open Reports, choose Generate Report, pick Standard for a monthly review (Executive for a leadership audience), set the date range to the month, and generate. It carries your agency branding. Share it with a link, or download the PDF. See Reports.
6
Ask Kevin for the narrative
On the client’s Dashboard, ask Kevin “how did we do this month” and “which platform am I weakest on”. His answers match the report’s numbers and give you the sentences for the email.
