Mention Rate, Share of Voice, Sentiment, Citation Rate

  • Mention Rate: the percentage of answers that name your brand, from text analysis of every answer collected for this prompt.
  • Citation Rate: the percentage of answers that both mention you and cite your website as a source. Only counted when your domain appears as a link in an answer that also names you, which filters out generic reference lists.
  • Avg Sentiment: the average tone of the answers that mention you, 0 to 100.
  • Share of Voice: your share of all brand mentions in this prompt’s answers. If AI names ten brands and yours appears three times, that is 30%.
