1
Enter your website
Go to app.koalr.ai/start and enter your domain. Choose One website to track a single brand. Agencies and multi-location brands have their own paths, covered in Multi-site onboarding and Agencies.
2
Let Koalr read your site
Koalr crawls your pages and works out what you do, which services it finds, the topics buyers ask about, and the rivals that compete for the same answers. You will see the stages tick through: connecting, reading pages, services found, topics identified, rivals detected.
3
Review the proposed setup
Edit anything before the first run:
- Business name and description, plus any alternative names you trade under.
- Topics: the themes to track you against. Edit ours or add your own.
- Prompts: the real questions under each topic. Untick any that do not fit, edit the wording, or type your own.
- Competitors: the brands to measure Share of Voice against.
- Country: the market the AI platforms are queried from, and the language prompts are written in. You can change it later in Manage this site, but figures either side of a change are not comparable, so pick the market that matters.
- Primary location: the town, city or region most of your prompts should focus on.
4
Run the first analysis
Approve the setup and Koalr runs every prompt on every platform. Results stream in as each platform answers; a full first run usually completes in a few minutes.
5
Create your account and pick a plan
When the results are in, create your account to keep them. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial and every plan includes all seven AI platforms. See Plans and billing.
