1
Create the prospect
Agency Admin, Prospects, Add prospect. Enter who you are pitching and their website. Koalr reads the site and proposes topics, prompts, competitors and platforms.
2
Keep the prompt set honest
Review the proposal as you would for a client. Resist narrowing it to prompts the prospect will win; a flattering baseline becomes a problem the month after they sign. Export the proposed setup as a branded summary to leave behind, then run the analysis.
3
Read the results the way the prospect will
- Dashboard: the three headline numbers, and the Platform Breakdown. A brand with 40% on ChatGPT and 0% on Gemini is a story on its own.
- Competitors: the AI Visibility Leaderboard with the prospect’s rank. Note who is above them.
- Sources: the Top 10 Domains. Point at the round-ups and review sites AI trusts and whether the prospect is on them.
- Action Centre: the top three actions. These become your proposal.
4
Build the leave-behind
Open Reports and generate a report for the prospect site. It carries your agency branding, not Koalr’s. Share the link or the PDF. Kevin can summarise the findings in plain language if you ask him “how is this brand doing”.
5
Convert when they sign
Convert the prospect to a client from its row in Agency Admin. The workspace, its setup and its first run carry over, the site joins your pool and your bill, and daily tracking starts from the next run.
What lands in a pitch
- A named prompt the prospect’s buyers ask where a competitor is recommended and they are not.
- The actual sentence an AI platform wrote about them, read aloud.
- One source page cited across several prompts that they could be on within a month.
What to avoid
- Promising a visibility number. Show the baseline and the plan; the platforms decide the rest.
- Pitching from a single run’s noise. Say plainly that the first run is a baseline and that the trend is what you will manage.
