Clients
The pooled prompts bar at the top shows prompts spent against the pool across all clients. Every site you track adds 50, and the bar shows what each client is using and what is spare. Below it, every client as a row: how many of its sites are tracked, its pooled prompts, what it costs per month, and Manage. Expand a row to see its sites. A site’s menu offers Download setup PDF and, for owners, Configure site (details, social profiles, AI platforms and tone of voice) and Remove site. Add client creates a new client workspace and takes you straight into setting up its first site, on your shared taxonomy if you choose. See Onboarding clients. Manage opens a window with three tabs. Plan and Client access are for owners; members see Sites only.- Plan: what this client’s sites contribute to the pool and cost on your invoice.
- Client access: the people at the client who can log in, and what they can see. See Team and client logins.
- Sites: the client’s sites. Add a site, download its setup sign-off PDF, change the topics, prompts and competitors the client came back on after review, or open a site’s menu to configure it, move it to another client or remove it.
Prospects
Pitch workspaces for accounts that have not signed up. See Prospects.Agency
Your agency’s name and branding. The name appears on client sign-off PDFs when you have not uploaded a logo, and everywhere your workspace is named. The logo is pulled from your website to begin with; upload your own (PNG or JPEG, at least 600 pixels wide) for a sharper mark, and every client document is prepared under it. Your team lives here too. Invite a teammate and choose their scope: Owner (all clients and the console) or Member (only the clients you assign). The Client access column shows what each person can see. Changes apply within seconds.Shared taxonomy
One set of topics and prompts that every client site on it is asked, locked on each site, so clients compare like for like on the Agency Dashboard. Owners build sets, change them and apply them to sites; members see the tab read-only. See Shared taxonomy.Billing
Your monthly bill, one line per client site, plus the subscription behind it. See Agency billing.Everything about a client is managed from here. The one exception: a client’s own owners can set up their sites and invite their colleagues from Org Admin in their workspace. People they invite appear in that client’s Client access list.
