A site is the unit Koalr tracks: one brand, one domain, one country, with its own competitors, topics, prompts, history and reports. Plans are sized in sites, and the All Sites page lists every site in your organisation.

Adding a site

From All Sites choose Add site. You will be offered:
  • One website: the standard path. Koalr reads the site and proposes topics, prompts and competitors for you to review.
  • Multiple sites or locations: several brands at once, or one brand across many towns and cities with a shared setup. See Multi-site onboarding.
Each site counts against your plan’s site allowance. When you hit it, adding another site prompts an upgrade.

Site configuration

Site settings live in Org Admin, Sites tab. Choose Configure on a site’s row to open Manage this site. The country is set when the site is created and cannot be changed afterwards, because every stored answer was collected from that country. To track a new market, add a new site.

Runs and pausing

Each site is on the daily schedule by default. The freshness header on the Dashboard shows the last completed run and lets you Pause the site. A paused site keeps all of its history but nothing refreshes until you start a run yourself from the site’s row on All Sites. See Runs and data freshness.

Deleting a site

Danger zone at the bottom of the site’s configuration. Deleting a site removes every prompt, run, report and draft it holds and cannot be undone. Only organisation owners can delete a site.
If you only want to stop paying attention to a site for a while, pause it. Deleting throws away the history that makes trends meaningful.
