Your Dashboard opens on three numbers. Read them in this order.

1. Prompt Visibility Rate

Of all the AI answers to your tracked prompts, the percentage that mention your brand. This is the number to quote when anyone asks “how are we doing”. A first-run figure under 20% is common and is not a verdict on your brand; it is the size of the opportunity. Low or zero. You are absent from the conversation on those topics. The fastest wins are prompts where competitors are named and you are not, because you are filling a gap rather than displacing a rival. The Action Centre already lists them.

2. Sentiment

When AI does mention you, how positively it describes you, scored 0 to 100. Strong sentiment is a real asset. Weak sentiment usually means AI is repeating something out of date or inaccurate, and the Dashboard’s How AI describes you cards show the exact words and the constraints it raises so you can fix the source.

3. Share of Voice

Of all the brand mentions across your answers, the slice that is yours. Treat it as context, not a target. Every extra brand an answer names dilutes everyone’s slice, so a moderate figure often just means your category answers list several rivals alongside you. Whether you appear at all, and how you are described, is what you can act on.

Then look at where it varies

  • Platform Breakdown: AI platforms disagree. Being strong on ChatGPT and invisible on Gemini is normal, and tells you where to focus.
  • Topic Breakdown: visibility is rarely even across topics. Shore up the weakest topic first.
  • Top Rankings and the Performance Matrix: every tracked brand crossed with every platform, so you can see exactly where a competitor beats you.
  • Top Domains: the websites AI trusted to build its answers. Getting featured on them is how you earn citations.

Turn it into work

Everything Koalr finds rolls up into the Action Centre, scored and ordered by impact. Start with the Quick Wins. When an action says “write” or “rework”, the Content Studio opens on that exact prompt or page.
The first run is a baseline. Movement is what matters, and the Visibility Trend gains a point every run. Give it a couple of weeks before judging any change you make.
