Buyers increasingly ask an AI platform for a recommendation instead of scanning a page of search results. When someone asks ChatGPT “which CRM should a small agency use”, the answer names a handful of brands. Either you are one of them or you are not, and until now there was no way to know. Koalr answers that question continuously. It asks the AI platforms the real questions buyers ask about your category, stores every answer, and measures how often you are named, how you are described, who is named instead of you, and which websites the AI trusted to build its answer.

What Koalr does

1

Monitor

Every day Koalr asks your tracked prompts on every AI platform and stores the answers. The Dashboard, Prompts, Sources, AI Traffic and Competitors pages read from that stored history, so nothing you see is a one-off spot check.
2

Analyse

The GEO Audit scores how readable your pages are for AI. Agent Experience checks whether AI crawlers can reach you at all, and whether your schema and llms.txt tell them what you are.
3

Act

The Action Centre ranks every finding into one list, best value first. Content Studio turns a gap into a publish-ready draft written in your own tone of voice. Reports package it all up for a client or a board.
4

Measure

Once you publish something, Koalr watches whether AI starts citing it, prompt by prompt, platform by platform. That closes the loop that SEO tools never could for AI.

The headline number

Koalr’s headline metric is Prompt Visibility Rate: of all the AI answers to your tracked prompts, the percentage that mention your brand. Everything else on the Dashboard breaks that number down, by platform, by topic, by competitor and over time.

How it differs from SEO

SEO ranks pages in a list. AI platforms compose one answer and name a few brands inside it. The rules that decide who gets named are different: structure, quotability, entity clarity, whether the crawler is even allowed in, and which third-party sites the AI already trusts in your category. Koalr measures against those rules, not against a rankings table.

Who it is for

  • In-house marketing teams tracking one brand, or one brand in several countries.
  • Agencies running AI visibility for a portfolio of clients, each with its own workspace, login and reports, under one bill. See Agencies.
