- One subscription, one invoice. Client workspaces are free containers; the site is the unit of billing.
The trial
7 days, free, covering up to 3 client sites. A card is taken at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends.Adding and removing sites
A site becomes billable when it starts tracking (its first run). Adding a site is charged from that day, prorated. Removing a site runs to the end of the current period and then drops off the next invoice; there is no mid-period credit. The one exception is a site that is launched by the act of subscribing: it is added to the subscription without a prorated charge for the remainder of that first period, so the first invoice you see matches the quote you were shown.What never bills
- Prospects. Pitch workspaces are free and never refreshed.
- Sites that have not run. A site set up but not yet tracking is not on the bill.
