The model
- One flat monthly fee per client site, on one of two rates. Core is every client site, the full product. Portfolio adds the cross-client dashboard and the shared taxonomy across your whole book. The current price per site on each rate is on koalr.ai/solutions/agencies, in GBP, EUR and USD. See Your rate.
- Every live site contributes 50 prompts to a pool shared across all your clients. Spend it wherever a client needs depth. Prompts from your shared taxonomy count towards it on every site they are applied to.
- Every feature and every AI platform on every site. White-label reports, client logins, Agency Dashboard, Kevin and the Content Studio are all included.
- One subscription, one invoice. Client workspaces are free containers; the site is the unit of billing.

Every client site is the full product on either rate. What Portfolio adds is estate-wide: the Agency Dashboard read across your whole book, and the shared taxonomy. The rate is chosen once for the whole agency, never per client.- Choosing at checkout. The pay step shows both rates with the price per site. Core is selected unless you pick Portfolio.
- Upgrading. On Agency Admin, Billing, the Your rate card shows which rate you are on. Upgrade to Portfolio shows your live sites at the Portfolio price and confirms in one press. The difference for the rest of the current period is charged straight away, then the new figure each month. During your trial nothing is charged until the trial ends. The same button appears on the Shared taxonomy tab while you are on Core.
- Moving back to Core. Also on the Your rate card, under a confirmation. It takes effect straight away and the rest of the current period is not refunded. Your sites keep the shared taxonomy they are on and stay in sync, but it cannot be changed or put on more sites until you upgrade again.
- Comped agencies. If Koalr is covering your agency, there is no bill to move, and your rate is set by us.
Adding and removing sites
A site becomes billable when it starts tracking (its first run). Adding a site is charged from that day, prorated. Removing a site runs to the end of the current period and then drops off the next invoice; there is no mid-period credit. Sites launched when you first subscribe are on your first invoice at the quoted price.Add-ons
Two ways to add prompt capacity without adding a client site, both on Agency Admin, Billing.- Prompt packs add 10 prompts to your shared pool rather than to one site. The price is shown next to it on Agency Admin, Billing, and again before you confirm. Your agency can hold up to 7 packs per started client site, or 5 during your trial. The pool total shown before and after a change is always the same number the limit message uses.
- Claude Daily runs Claude every day on one client site instead of weekly, priced per prompt the site can track. On an agency site you choose the size yourself: at least 50 prompts, in steps of 10, covering everything that site currently tracks. Raising it shows the new price before you confirm; lowering it below what the site tracks is not allowed until you pause some prompts first.
Prompt limits
Your shared pool, 50 prompts per started site plus 10 per prompt pack, is spent across your whole client list. Separately, one client site can hold at most 100 tracked prompts of its own. A site at that ceiling is told so directly, and a prompt pack cannot lift it, since packs add to the shared pool rather than to one site. Pause a prompt on that site to add another. A member of your team, or a client login, who cannot buy an add-on themselves sees a message naming who to ask.What never bills
- Prospects. Pitch workspaces are free and never refreshed.
- Sites that have not run. A site set up but not yet tracking is not on the bill.
