Every plan includes every AI platform, every feature, daily refresh and full history. Plans differ only in volume: how many sites, how many tracked prompts and competitors per site, and how many content briefs per month.

Self-serve plans

Current prices are on koalr.ai/pricing, in GBP, EUR and USD. Each currency has its own fixed price rather than a conversion, and the currency you are shown follows your location; you can switch it on the plan picker. Enterprise is sales-led: more than six sites, custom prompt and site volumes, invoiced billing, onboarding and priority support. Contact us. Agencies are billed per client site instead. The trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at checkout and you are not charged until the trial ends; cancel any time before then. The trial is once per email address. The free AI visibility check on koalr.ai is separate and needs no card.

Annual billing

Annual plans are priced at ten months, so a year saves about two months against monthly billing. Toggle it on the plan picker.

Billing page

Under your avatar, Billing (the page is titled Billing & usage) shows your plan, what it includes, and how much you have used this cycle: active prompts against your allowance, competitors, and content briefs this month. Invoices are listed there. Update payment method opens Stripe’s secure billing portal; Koalr never sees or stores your card. Switching plan is done from the plan picker (Choose this plan) and cancelling from the same page, each confirmed in the portal. Only organisation owners see billing. Members see a note that billing is managed by the owner. In an agency, billing lives in Agency Admin.

Limits

When you reach an allowance (adding a site, accepting a prompt, adding a competitor, generating a brief), Koalr tells you which limit you hit and how to raise it. Nothing is silently dropped.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Billing & usage page; the confirmation happens in the billing portal. There are no further charges after the current period. Your visibility history, prompts and reports are kept safe, and everything picks up exactly where it left off if you come back.
