Add a client

Agency Admin, Add client. Give the client’s name. Koalr creates the client workspace and takes you straight into its first site: enter the website, and Koalr reads it and proposes topics, prompts, competitors and platforms. Adding a client is free; only sites that run are billed. To onboard several sites at once, use the batch path: paste the domains and review each in turn, or one brand across many locations with a shared taxonomy. See Multi-site onboarding.

Review with the client

Each proposed site opens a setup review: business details, topics, the prompts under each topic, competitors and platforms. Edit anything. Export for client downloads a sign-off PDF built from the current setup, so the client can approve the scope before tracking starts. Nothing launches until you approve.

Edit the setup after feedback

When a client comes back with changes, open Manage, Sites and choose Change the topics, prompts and competitors your client came back on. The review reopens in edit mode; save and the next run uses the new setup.

Launch

Approve, and the first analysis runs. Under the pay-last flow, the first analysis for a new agency happens before the subscription; afterwards, each new site is added to the subscription when its first run starts.

The client’s own login

Once the site is running, invite the client’s people from Manage, Client access. Give them the whole workspace or only the sites you choose, at Viewer, Editor or Manager level. See Team and client logins.

Prompts per site

Onboarding proposes 25 prompts per site. Each live site contributes 50 to the pool, so you have headroom to add prompts where a client needs depth without touching another client’s allowance.
