A prospect is a workspace for an account that has not signed up. You set it up like a client, Koalr runs one analysis, and you pitch with the results.

Creating one

Agency Admin, Prospects, Add prospect. Who are you pitching, and their website. Review the proposed setup as you would for a client, export it as a branded summary if you want to, then run the one included analysis. The Prospect sites bar shows how many of the 20 shared prospect sites are in use.

When they sign

Convert the prospect to a client from its row. The workspace, its setup and its first run carry over; the site joins the pool and the bill, and daily tracking starts from the next run.

Good practice

  • Keep the prompt set honest. A prospect run with a narrow, favourable set of prompts makes a poor baseline once they are a client.
  • Use the Prospect-level report or an exported pitch report to leave something behind.
  • Remove prospects that did not convert so the 20-site allowance stays free.
