The Dashboard is the health check. Everything on it reads from the latest completed run, and the filters at the top narrow the whole page by topic, prompt or date range.

Headline numbers

Three cards, with the change since the previous run:
  • Prompt Visibility Rate: the share of AI answers that mention you. The headline. See the metric.
  • Sentiment: how positively AI describes you when it does, 0 to 100.
  • Share of Voice: your slice of all brand mentions. Context, not a target.
Each is scored out of 100 with the change in points since the previous run. The definitions are in the metrics reference.

Visibility Trend

Every run adds a point. Each line is a brand, yours always in forest green, so you can see who is gaining and losing. Switch the metric between Prompt Visibility Rate, Share of Voice and Sentiment, choose daily, weekly or monthly points (D, W, M), pick which brands to show, and widen the date range at the top of the page (up to all time) if the data looks thin. A tracked competitor with no mentions in a run shows as zero on Prompt Visibility Rate and Share of Voice, because absence is a real zero for a rate over all answers. Sentiment stays blank for that run, because it averages over mentions and there was nothing to average.

AI Engine Performance

One brand’s performance on each AI platform over time, one line per platform with its logo at the end. The brand picker defaults to you; switch it to a competitor to see how they fare across platforms.

Platform Breakdown and Prompt Movers

Side by side: your visibility per platform in the latest run, and the prompts whose visibility moved most since the previous run. Green gained, red lost. Open a mover to read the answers behind it.

Performance Matrix and Top Rankings

Every tracked brand crossed with every platform. The matrix retints by the metric you choose (Prompt Visibility Rate, Share of Voice or Sentiment). Top Rankings sorts every brand per platform into #1, #2, #3, with a You badge wherever you land. Switch metric to re-rank.
Competitor cells in the matrix can differ slightly from the trend chart. The matrix uses per-platform text-scan detection, which picks up mentions the structured parser occasionally misses.

Topic Breakdown

Visibility by topic. Visibility is rarely even across topics; this shows which to shore up first.

Sources on the Dashboard

Top Domains lists the websites AI cites most for your prompts, and Domain Types shows the mix (editorial, directories, corporate, community and so on). If your domain appears in Top Domains, AI already trusts you as a source. The full picture is on Sources.

How AI describes you

Two cards built from the answers that mention you:
  • When AI describes you positively: the words and phrases AI uses about your brand, with how often each appears.
  • When AI describes your constraints: the limits and trade-offs AI brings up (capacity, hours, scope). These are not necessarily negatives; they are the boundaries AI emphasises, and they tell you what to clarify in your content.

Actions Stream and What next

The Actions Stream at the top of the page surfaces the freshest items from the Action Centre; click a card to open it. The What next badge in the sidebar opens the guided checklist and weekly feed. See What next.
