Daily by default
A site on the daily schedule runs automatically overnight. Every active prompt is asked on every platform the site tracks, the answers are stored, and the metrics are recomputed. Fresh numbers are waiting in the morning.Which run you are looking at
Every page reads from the most recent completed run. The Dashboard header shows when the site was last updated, and the Action Centre and AI Traffic pages carry a Data as of stamp. If a number has not moved since yesterday, the most likely reason is that today’s run has not completed yet. There is no button to run a whole site by hand: the overnight run is the schedule. If you have just added or edited prompts or competitors, they join the next overnight run. The one thing you can refresh on demand is a single prompt, from its row on the Prompts page, which asks that prompt again on every platform straight away. If a site’s daily runs have been paused, the Dashboard header says Daily runs paused. Email support@koalr.ai to pause or resume a site.Weekly items
